"Craic" (pronounced Crack) is a term variously meaning news, gossip, fun, entertainment, and enjoyable conversation – so I felt it was rather fitting to name this drink thusly.
Irish Craic-
- 6oz Java Monster Irish Blend
- 1.5oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
Shake and server over crushed ice.
